Issue #32453: triangle 812 in NavMesh f33c0 has wrong flags

 
triangle is flagged both water & preferred, however it's in Katla's farm and is not in or even near water.
Water is definitely incorrect. Preferred is probably incorrect.

Addendum: this should be categorized as Windows Platform. I have no idea if it exists in others.
