Issue #32455: Remove unneded files from BSA file on next regular update - Stormcloak sleeved meshes

 
USSEP Issue #18585 made corrections to the weighting on Stormcloak cuirasses. In the process, the sleeved variant which is not used at all in vanilla was edited as well. As it turns out, those edits weren't needed on the sleeved variant. These files need to be removed from the archive at our next regular update (or before if we need another hotfix for something else).

Note: CRF uses these and will be temporarily overriding these edits with the vanilla ones from the most recent SE archives.
