Issue #32469: [Base Game] Cannot talk to Bobbi No Nose after completing the Silver Shroud quest line.

 
After completing, "The Silver Shroud" I am unable to trigger Bobbi's quest, "The Big Dig." It seems to work in a previous save at around 135 (played) hours ago, however I cannot afford to lose that monumental progress to fix a relatively insignificant quest. Though, it does make me want to just :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

I have had this happen and I make sure I always do Big Dig prior to Silver Shroud, so I haven't had it happen since. When it happened to me I had to unlock the door and setstage, but I'm not sure what platform you are on since you specified All Platforms.

Here's what you would do in console after you make a hard save:

2296D.unlock
setstage ms16 20
