Issue #32471: Refreshing Beverage wrong old parameters in UFO4P

In Vanilla game Survival mode Refreshing Beverage currently removes 100 RADS in which matches the new description and balance of the latest Bethesda updates.

But with Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch Refreshing Beverage removes 1000 rads in Survival Mode.

This is caused by an old fix(pre-last official patch that changes descriptions) that needs to be reverted for game balance in Survival Mode.
The old fix "https://afktrack.afkmods.com/index.php?a=issues&i=20737"

Quote:
https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Refreshing_beverage
"In Survival mode, several changes have been made to the effects of the drink on the player character. Firstly the rad reduction has been reduced to 100 but the effects still remain immediate. Health restoration has also been reduced. Furthermore, the Chemist perk is required to produce the item. "

Thank you

We're going to need a more reliable source than a Fandom page that makes a vague statement. There is nothing on that link that claims anything close to Bethesda having fixed this at all, and there's no indication in any of the data files that any changes were made at an official level.
