Issue #32479: New v1.3.7 Skyforge model: grass footsteps, stair collision makes it hard to walk up the staircase.

The new Skyforge model introduced in v3.1.7 has some sort of collision issue where walking up the stairs causes the player to get stuck on each stair. Also, the entire Skyforge model (stairs, stone platform, rocks on the edge, etc) all have grass footstep sounds instead of stone (most noticeable when jumping on the Skyforge).

I disabled all my mods apart from the Unofficial Patch (v4.2.7) and Open Cities (v1.3.8) to see if a mod was causing it but the issue still persists.
I've attached an image of my load order when testing as well as a gif that can hopefully better showcase the stair collision issue.

Skyrim SE version: 1.6.353.0
SKSE version: 0.2.1.5

This is caused by incorrect material settings on the Skyforge mesh. I just learned how to patch mesh material properties for another mod, so I decided to take a bite on this. The fixed mesh is in the attachment. That said, there seem to be several other meshes in the Open Cities mod with incorrect materials. For example, ocswrstairswater01nohighcoll.nif is all set to stone, despite that it should be composed of four different materials. Therefore, I think it would be a good idea to review the provided meshes and fix the material settings where applicable once and for all. I could of course review them myself (and even fix the meshes if I had time for it), but given that I spent about four hours going through the USSEP records, I think it is only fair if Arthmoor did it this time.
