Issue #32509: Item not flagged as 'no respawn'

 
Reference [03000808] (places the 'Beginner's Guide to Homesteading' for Heljarchen Hall) is not flagged as "no respawn" where the other two references for Windstad Manor and Lakeview Manor *are* flagged as "no respawn".

Besides, I find it difficult to believe Skald/Brina sent a courrier all the way to the southern border to replace the book. :)

My guess is that this is intentional and provides a way to get a copy of the book back in case the player has thrown it away somewhere or can't find where they stashed it.
