Issue #32511: Thieves Guild Closing Dialogue Not Completely Playing Out

I brought this up in the UOP patch forum once, but since it now has a section on the tracker, I figure I should make it official.

So anyway, not long after I got into Oblivion, it came to my attention that the final dialogue option in the Thieves Guild questline, "But I don't want the curse!", which leads to Corvus explaining that the Grey Cowl's identity-stripping power is only temporary for as long as you wear it, never actually plays, because the line immediately preceding it is set to end the conversation. At first, I thought this was cut content, and made this mod to restore it. But the more I've thought about it, the more it seems like a developer oversight, because why would they choose not to explain this to the player, and leave them to figure it out for themselves? (The fact that the final journal entry for "The Ultimate Heist" reads as if this dialogue did play out only adds to my suspicions)
