Comment: Fixed for USSEP 4.2.8.

Issue #32517: USSEP makes a rogue edit to the first version of the Amulet of Articulation.

 
USSEP decreases the weight of the first version of the amulet to 0.5. This change is not documented and was not made to any other versions of the amulet.

Most likely cause of this was CK noise at the time the edit was made.
