Issue #32520: Mass Bay Medical, Gunner Power Armor, No Owner

The power armor in Mass Bay Hospital is not unique. Owned Gunner Power Armor exists (and respawns) in Quincy and Hub City Auto. Both places spawn X-0x level power armor, and both show as owned by the Gunners.

So, with that, there are now three locations which have Gunner Faction owned power armor, and one which does not. So not only is MauveCloud wrong, MauveCloud is wrong thrice.

So, some reality. The gunners in power armor at Hub City Auto, Quincy, Mass Fusion, and Mass Bay Medical all reference PowerArmorGunnerNoHelmet. The only iteration which is not marked as owned by GunnerFaction is in Mass Bay Medical. I submit that the reference to PowerArmorGunnerNoHelmet in Mass Bay Medical should also be marked as owned by GunnerFaction.
