Issue #32526: DLC2RRFavor* quests do not increase favor

 
But DLC2TGQuest does.

There are 7 Raven Rock favor quests. The principle of least surprise would expect them to act like favor quests in the main game. You do them a favor, they like you better....

Easy fixes, they all have a quest stage 200, just add the missing line from DLC2TGQuest. These quests are simply cut and paste.
