Issue #32560: Viriya and Swims-In-Deep-Water have no set persistent location

 
As discovered by vagonumero12 on the Nexus, Viriya and Swims-In-Deep-Water do not have RiftenLocation (or any location for that matter) set as their persistent location, which is causing them to sometimes get stuck in the Bunkhouse.
