Issue #32569: courser signal radio doesn't turn off after the MQ205 quest

after you finish the main quest (MQ205, Hunter/Hunted) part which has you hunt down a courser, the courser signal radio doesn't turn off, staying in the pipboy permanently, wasting space with a now silent, meaningless radio. it should ideally switch off after the courser's killed, but even turning it off after the quest is over would be fine.

the quest 000980FD, MQ205_InstituteRadio stage needs to be set to 100 for that.

Ironically, Bethesda already had a script attached to the courser that was supposed to take care of this when he dies. They just forgot to set the property for the quest stage so it did nothing. Setting that to call stage 40 will call up the list of objectives that should have been presented, as well as turning off the radio signal.

The only issue is that for Playstation users, this can't be fixed retroactively.
