DecoMainBDam1x1WallTrimBtm02 is the best I've got so far that fits, but it's currently positioned kind of jarring (the texture is visibly not lined up)

I'll defer to you guys on this one for making it look pretty.

FYI: There are two more gaps nearby:
(1) The doorway model doesn't touch the ground, so there remains a hairline gap at its base (even with this hole plugged).
(2) The "blue something" (RefID 000F9EE6) left of the offending doorway has a visible gap in it. This appears to be an error in the mesh itself.
