Issue #32577: Mara's Eye Pond - Landscape data conflict, possible navmesh issues

Mara's Eye Pond was edited in the updates for SE 1.6 in order to support Gallows Hall, which comes with the AE Upgrade DLC. These edits have resulted in a landscape conflict between Dawnguard.esm and Hearthfires.esm in this area. Hearthfire is canceling out the supported changes because it contains the vanilla landscape record for this cell.

Cell 26,2 [MarasEyePondExterior01], and 26,3 need to have landscape data forwarded up from Dawnguard.esm. This will be an exception to the normal policy of never editing LAND records.

Navmesh 000F9455 and 000F9457 were deleted during the update. Need to verify that nothing is referencing these. This was the result of someone merging 2 navmesh islands and the resulting merge became a new form ID which now needs to be double checked to be sure finalization data is correct in this cell and its 4 adjacent cells.

I checked cells 26,2 and 26,3. Looking at SSEEdit I think I see what you are talking about: vertices height maps, coulours and alpha layers are altered, yes. Visually, however I can't see any special oddity, except maybe this strange darker stripe on the landscape, slightly east of the pond. (see screenshots)

They may have altered it again slightly since August, but the conflict is still there. It's certainly more subtle than I recall but left alone there's still some land height issues that partially overlap the stairway and there's grass coming up from below than the edits in Dawnguard.esm removed.

The good news is that the navmesh deletions aren't running into anything edited by us so we're ok on that front.
