Issue #32578: AI Package Condition - Battlehorn Knight Forge Message

There are two conditions, I believe the second one's stage should be 50, not 45. Stage 45 is when you purchase the forge, 50 is set when you received the note from the knight that the forge is available.

Equal to 1, GetStageDone DLCBattlehornCastle, 40
Equal to 0, GetStageDone DLCBattlehornCastle, 45 => change to 50

Stage 45 gets set when the scroll is delivered, so changing the conditions on the AI pack to stage 50 would block the delivery.
