Issue #32582: Suitcase 1F41E1 Is Too Far Under Water In Glowing Sea Red Rocket To Loot

 
Suitcase 1F41E1 next to safe is too far under water in Glowing Sea Red Rocket to loot. UFO4P changes X & Y, and also angle, but not Z. I set X to 275 in my personal supplemental patch file which allows me to get a handle on the back-right corner and loot it, while still looking OK in game.
