Issue #32590: Revert U32322 material change.

When 32322 was originally filed, we were attempting to fix the issue at the material level, but neither of us (the other being VlitS, the original bug filer), thought to look to see if a noalpha version of the material existed in the game files at all. A recent comment on UF4OP's mod page had informed me about this.

Refs 1D0AE3, 1D0B36, and 1D0B46 (probably more but for the purposes of this bug, only these three are listed) exhibited the behavior before this point, and multiple multiple refs before this change went into effect probably had been correctly setup with the alpha blending in consideration. Since the refs in question are precombined, this has to be fixed properly in PRP with a newly created material swap to reference the correct material file.

For UF4OP's purposes, just revert 32322 and call it a day.
