Issue #32601: Malden Center Fire Barrel 177AD8 Is Sunk In The Ground

 
Malden Center Fire Barrel 177AD8 is sunk in the ground, much like 177A4D before you fixed it. Not sure if they were going for some kind of look since it's 2 of them. Setting Z to -1320 looks pretty good.
