Issue #32616: Followers unavle to properly navigate around Lakeview Manor property

I'm playing with the USSEP installed for the first time. When I visited the Lakeview Manor property after purchasing but before building, I noticed that my follower (Rayya) took an extreme zigzag path in crossing the north side of the plateau where the house will sit, and that she took a strange angled path when crossing the east side (no problem with the west or south sides). After building the main hall, any follower I had with me was unable to cross the north side of the house, and would instead turn and run around the house in the other direction. The followers were still able to navigate the east side, but their angle made it pretty clear that building any wing would block their route.
I know that followers navigating around the Lakeview Manor area was a problem in my vanilla games. In looking at the patch notes, I see that one fix was made for "Navmeshes alongside Lakeview Manor ha[ving] incomplete preferred navigation. (Bug #29213)" which sounds exactly like the issue I'm experiencing even with USSEP installed, but the bug report has very little detail. Perhaps mine is a different issue?
Apologies if this has been addressed/explained elsewhere, but I couldn't find anything else on this in searching the notes or the bug tracker. Thanks.

Some adjustments can be made around the outside of the house but these homes are a very complex set of interacting navmesh cutters and scripting which makes it impossible to attain perfection.

If the edits for 4.2.9 are not enough to fix the problem you're seeing there won't be anything more we can do without risking breakage in the building process.
