When the player rents a bed at the Tiber Septim Hotel, Augusta Calidia will say "Excellent. The room is on the floor upstairs, at the west end of the hall. I do hope you rest well." (FormID 000B9848). The room is, in fact, at the east end of the hall, not the west.

Fixing this will likely require a new dialogue line to be created, since the existing line is also used by Mariana Ancharia at the Cheydinhal Bridge Inn. In this case, the line is technically correct, although rather redundant since the rental room in the Cheydinhal Bridge Inn is the only room on the second floor.
