Issue #32637: UFO4P, Railroad HQ, Tom's Microscope 225B70 - Havok

I understand the reasoning behind removing VMAD defaultdisablehavokonload with Tom's Microscope because 18C597 is a furniture asset and should have physics disabled by default. The problem is, sometimes the microscope falls and NPCs still try to use it, clipping through things from time to time. Would replacement with FE795 from Prydwen refID 92F1B or 151309 be a better solution? FE795 seems to be designed better as a piece of furniture as it has no physics by default and doesn't require the VMAD. Correct me if I'm looking at this wrong.

A word of note, simply replacing Props\Lab\Microscope.nif with Props\Lab\AnimMicroscope.nif in 225B70 and keeping the removal the defaultdisablehavokonload may be a solid fix without changing the object of Tom's Microscope 225B70 with generic Microscope FE795. When I tried it already in game, upon entering the RRHQ, it appeared invisible. Not sure if a new game save would be different.

Turns out, it works perfectly with just changing the NIF only. I simply had to start a new game because I used Tom's microscope in a couple of my settlements with TS.
