Issue #32645: Quest “Open Season” can’t be activated or completed

 
The quest “Open Season” won’t activate when talking to Mackenzie Bridgeman. She has no interaction options aside from normal dialogue, bartering and healing you of your afflictions. She makes no mention of you being the new Overboss, nor does she recommend taking the raider gang leaders out to free the traders. When triggering the quest “Open Season” by attacking the raider leaders on your own, the quest progresses until you’ve taken all of them out and need to talk to Mackenzie. When you go to talk to her, the quest doesn’t go forward and she has the exact same dialogue options. With this, you can’t complete the “good” ending to Nuka World and progress to the final quest “Power Play”. And for some reason, you also can’t interact with N.I.R.A or any of the traders in Nuka World. They don’t talk or respond when you interact with them.

I accidentally goofed and put it as an issue on all platforms. As far as I know, it’s only an issue on PS4.
