Issue #32650: Egret Tours Radio Freedom 8FD53 -> Diamond City Radio

 
I don't remember seeing a Radio Freedom in the wild, especially without ever taking the Castle, but Egret Tours 8FD53 is 1642EE Radio Freedom instead of something like Diamond City Radio or even Classical. Not sure if this was meant to be.

That's intentional. There are a select few preplaced Radio Freedom ones out in the world, plus one dedicated to it you can build at a workshop.
