Issue #32657: Ruunvald exit door marker not tied to navmesh

 
I was doing some navmesh editing in the cell 43 -13 of Tamriel worldspace and noticed that the exit door marker for the Ruunvald Excavation is not linked to the navmesh at all. The navmesh is last edited by Skyrim.esm.

I tried looking with the search if this has been reported earlier, but couldn't find anything.
