Issue #32666: Environment doesn't load properly

 
When starting up a new game, the environment doesn't load properly, having missing textures and a lot of the main area missing.

The missing textures are definitely not caused by LAL and it looks as though you have other mods which are conflicting with the changes to the Abandoned Prison.
