Issue #32672: Hunting Rifle OMOD entries have incorrect requirement info

 
LLM_HuntingRifle [LVLI:00192E5A] and LL_MiscMod_HuntingRifle [LVLI:0001A314] records have reflex sight requirements set to level 111.

Seems like it's a typo which was meant to say 11 as the previous scope in the workbench is level 8 and the next one is level 12.
