Issue #32744: Switchboard Ext - Frag Mines FFA66, FFA67, FFA69 Under Ground

 
Switchboard Ext - Frag Mines FFA66, FFA67, FFA69 are placed under ground on different landscape and not actionable during RR102 Tradecraft. This way probably an oversite with landscape change from what it looks like.
