Issue #32795: Liberty Reprimed - Electromagnetic Actuators - High Powered Magnet

Liberty Reprimed quest to build 4 Electromagnetic Actuators B38EA. If player puts a High-Powered Magnet in the workbench at the Airport in anticipation of this quest ahead of time, then proceeds to build the actuators, player can only assemble one and it does not register with actually acquiring the magnets or building one for that matter. Player would then need to go find another. Spawning one and adding it to player inventory does fix the quest, as well.

A word of mention, storing a Biometric Scanner and Military Grade Circuit Board in a workbench prior to Molecular level does, indeed, work and let you build the Molecular Relay so maybe the script for that quest can help shed some light on where the quest is going wrong.

I investigated this a little bit, and I'm confused that you were able to build one actuator before getting a high-powered magnet into your inventory. workshop_co_BoS301ElectromagneticActuator [COBJ:000B38EB] requires BoS301 stage 100 to be set, which according to QF_BoS301_000AE51C will only happen after
Game.GetPlayer().GetItemCount(HighPoweredMagnet) >= 1

Since you bring up Molecular Level for comparison, workshop_co_MQ206Console [COBJ:000CEA7B] doesn't appear to check for the optional objectives to find a biometric scanner or military grade circuit board in the provided locations, just whether the quest is far enough along (presumably meaning that the base part has been built and I've talked to Tinker Tom/Sturges/Ingram afterwards, but haven't finished the quest by teleporting to the Institute)

Well, this really is strange. I went back to a save which was about 20 minutes prior and progressed through pretty much the same. I made a save before talking to Ingram this time. Magnet was still in the workbench and after talking to Ingram I was not able to reproduce what I experienced earlier. The build menu didn't show it until I pulled it out of the workbench. I tried again by totally closing the game down and going back to the save I just had made before Ingram and still nothing. I'm not sure what could have caused this but I'll continue to look further. I'm guessing it's a non-issue until I can get it to a point where I can reproduce it.

This can be closed as non-issue. I went back to another character and I cannot get it to repeat. I have no overrides on workshop_co_MQ206Console, either, so I have no clue as to why this happened.
