Issue #32796: Doc Anderson 18AF90 - Inventory VL_Vendor_Doctor 9C288

 
This is the same situation as Bug 32760, but in this case, it is a unique NPC and should probably have a container especially since they are recruitable. If player recruits her, then trades, her whole inventory is there for taking.
