Issue #32808: Clint - Good Intentions - Revisited
I was able to remediate the Clint - Good Intentions not in inventory when killed by removing both LL_Laser from inventory and replacing with something of equivalent damage. The Frenzy effect will not affect Player Character, anyway, so him using the gun will not change the game. If you equip him with something that doesn't use a Fusion Cell, he's fine because he has no ammo for Good Intentions. I gave mine a LL_Gatling, but that's just to make the game a little harder. Using something like a 5.56 or similar damage would do the trick if you wanted to do it.

I can confirm as well, I did see Clint drop the gun. Such that it was not in his inventory. I fought him twice, one time he dropped it, found laying on the overpass a few feet away from him. The second time I hit him using a critical, the gun went flying through the air in the hit animation. I was eventually able to find the gun laying on the ground below the overpass probably like 100ft away. Both cases did not show in his inventory. I have seen it in his inventory in the past . my thinking is it is related to perks that cause enemies to drop weapons.
How this gun is spawned is a bit odd and it's probably a minor miracle it works properly.
Regardless of how weird it's been handled, we're not changing his inventory. That's out of scope for whatever the problem is supposed to be.
