Issue #32812: Cell 26F0B - Hardware Town - Rear Door Entrance Companion Teleport

 
Cell 26F0B - Hardware Town - rear door entrance 2A98E companions seem to teleport to the front door at all times even while right next to you when entering. Similar to my report 32676 Fort Hagen.

This appears to be the result of the navmesh at that particular door floating in midair. After sinking a single floating vertex of the navmesh to the ground, Nick Valentine followed me through that door with no problems whatsoever. I've attached the plugin I made to test the issue.
