Issue #32813: V3.1.15 is missing Bash Tags

 
N.b., this is for v3.1.15, but the drop-down will only allow me to select v3.1.14 as the latest version.
The BashTags file isn't distributed with v3.1.15, nor are there any tags in the plugin's description.

Oops. Taken care of. Reupped the archive with the tags folder included.
