Issue #32822: 38C8C - MaldenCenter01 - Chained Exit Door 11ABD4

 
38C8C - MaldenCenter01 - Chained exit door 11ABD4 does not reset for Memory Interrupted if the cell has recently been cleared. A word of mention, Raiders in basement also do not respawn, but clearing the Synths still completes the stage. Not sure if going in through the exit door will cause issues as I didn't have time to try that.

After testing, there's no real benefit to closing this door for this quest as all Synths are marked for termination, not just a single boss, so this bug can be closed non-issue.
