Issue #32828: Hole under road mesh above Katlas Farm

 
I tried searching the issue tracker but I was unable to find this issue so apologies if there is already a post for it.
Up the road from the solitude guard tower, above katlas farm there is a hole between a RoadCurveLong45R01 refid: 00068858 and a RockCliff02PineForest02 refid: 00068892.
