Issue #32848: Tenpines - Happiness Plumet Solved

There's a known issue at Tenpines where you take over the settlement and happiness will plumet to zero with no resolve as reported in the WiKi and I have personally experienced from time to time. I have tracked this issue down to a superfluous Workshop Container A471F reverse linked reference to the Farm01 Workbench 9B1AC. The problem is it's Temporary instead of Persistent and I think we all know how workshops do not work well when workshop or container as temporary. Me, I found that out the hard way creating my first settlement. I did a number of play throughs mid game change and fresh start with the following; I disabled and removed linkage from the Temporary Container with no problems. I also did a few tests with making the container Persistent. I prefer disabling and removing reference linkage, but that's up to you. As mentioned I did this mid game and fresh start. Here's the other kicker. It seems Bethesda found an issue early on because they linked Reference from the workshop is to a normal WorkshopResourceContainerSettlement "Workshop Container" [CONT:0022BF75] instead of WorkshopResourceContainerFarm01 "Workshop Container" [CONT:000A4715], of which as mentioned is the Persistent one. I changed it back to Farm01 type container as well. I'm guessing they didn't see their error in the non-persistent container and simply tied it to another one not realizing that persistent was the issue. I stumbled upon this because I was trying to figure out why when preloading workshop containers, this one always seemed to be way off on items. I gave the containers objects like Jet at a prime number amount when I realized there was something else tied to it.

Here's some other things I'm trying to figure out and maybe someone here can shed some light. All have workbench Linked Reference to their Resource Container. Some, not all, have their Resource Container linked back to the Workshop. All of these workshops that have cotnainers linked back tend to have double the amount of resources when I check what I pre-loaded them with. I am in the midst of checking a playthrough with the container link back references removed. Lastly, I cannot find Airport, Red Rocket, Covenant and Farm05 Somerville's Resource Container reference in Commonwealth Persistent Cell. I don't know if these are script placements or they are also in Temporary space, but I've never heard of those settlements having issues of happiness drop. As for the two way linkage, what I can see is the ones that have it are mainly non-hostile containers. There are a few inconsistencies with this, such as Mechanist 100B218 which is hostile, yet linked back the second time from the container. All post Automatron DLCs have no double linkage.
