Issue #32885: StockadeScaffoldStairs01 has snow textures

 
StockadeScaffoldStairs01 (000533CD) has snow textures set as Alternate Textures (MODS), despite being used in non-snowy areas. This seems wrong. One of the textures has a non-snow variant, the other one doesn't, so I don't know what was intended here, but you can probably figure out.
