Issue #32915: Sturges - 1A4D8 - Becomes Unassigned From His Job After Molecular Relay

Not sure if there's anything that be done about this, scripting-wise, but Sturges always becomes unassigned from his job at whatever settlement he's at after building the molecular relay, even if the relay is built at the same settlement he's tied to. Not a big deal but if he's the one tied to a something happiness, the settlement will immediately show a drop in happiness if there's not ample happiness already.

A word of note, if re-assigned after building the Molecular Relay and returning to the settlement, he does remain assigned after MM Nuclear Option.

His AI packages on MQ206 override his workshop AI packages (because MQ206 has a higher priority) and he's forcibly teleported to the build site when MQ206 starts running, so he will not take care of his workshop duties while MQ206 is running. He's never unassigned though (MQ206 doesn't do that and WorkshopParentScript can't unassign him inadvertently). Maybe he loses his workshop packages after a while (since they get "stamped" rather than applied through an actual alias) but this will be taken care of by the ResetWorkshop() function at his home workshop.
