Issue #32932: Jet derivatives' effects last too long

 
I was recently playing with the mod Active Effects on HUD and realized, that the stat boosts of Buffjet, Psycho jet and Ultra jet last ~10s longer than the time slow effect (More with the chemist perk and biocom mesh mod).
It turns out, that during slow time, the time for all other active effects is slowed by the effect, too; that would be down to x0.3 in the case of jet. Only the slow time effect itself runs on a normal timer.
That means that during the 15s of slow time of jet, the timer of the other effects is advanced by only 4.5s. -> Ultra Jet, which had the duration of FortifyActionPointsJet [MGEF:002466F3] adjusted from 5 to 15 in UFO4P 2.1.3 Issue 30623 (reported incorrectly by me) was actually correct before, while it is Buffjet and Psycho jet, which have wrong durations.

long story short:
UltraJet "Ultra-Jet" [ALCH:00101299], PsychoJet "Psycho-Jet" [ALCH:00058AA8] and Buffjet "Buffjet" [ALCH:00058AA3] should have the duration of all their "Fortify..." and "ExtraDamage..." effects reduced to 5(s).
