Issue #32936: College Square Station door incorrectly marked as owned (regression?)

 
Door 000618a0 to the upstairs Protectron in College Square Station is incorrectly marked as owned, causing companions to dislike it when you pick the lock.

This appears to have been already reported via bug #29157; that was marked as fixed in UFO4P 2.1.4, but I've just confirmed via FO4Edit that UFO4P 2.1.5 doesn't touch that record. Is this a regression, or was the report closed without the fix actually having been applied?

Someone also opened 32804, and that was closed saying it was fixed in 2.1.5 - but it clearly wasn't.

The ownership on that door was reverted back to vanilla after discovering that the Protectrons in the area require ownership on it to be able to unlock it for their patrols.

This was addressed via Issue #32804.
