Issue #32961: Ademantium Skeleton Perk Does Not Work With Kneecaper

 
After all this time, I ran into this one and not sure if this should or shouldn't be true. Had all levels of Ademantium Skeleton and was crippled by an enemy with a Kneecapper Minigun. First time I recognized such an event.

Saw this as well, had limbs damaged when attached with a kneecapper assault rife. I am thinking it is possibly the percent change overriding Ademantium in combination with the high rate of fire?
