Issue #32992: Shovel Museum - MannequinRedCoat01 - 604C27A & 604C27D

 
Shovel Museum - MannequinRedCoat01 - 604C27A & 604C27D are placed hovering about a foot off the ground. I only stumbled upon this when I went there right after I landed without doing anything else as usually there's an attack event going on and these are knocked over immediately. Funny thing is they have DDHoL, so I'm not sure what they were going for here. Maybe originally they fell off the map, not sure their reasoning, but it's pretty evident.

Not seeing an issue with these. They're both laying on top of rubble piles and are as grounded as is reasonable for that.
