Issue #33004: Spuckies' SwitchboardExt DEC1 - Stool E515E -> Static

 
Spuckies' SwitchboardExt DEC1 - Stool 000E515E is furniture and wedged under the table. I tried to move this and then test Switchboard quest and the Synths did get hung up on it which is why they probably moved it, but apparently forgot to change it to static.
