Issue #33019: Turret NPCs 602991D, 602991E Same Coordinates

 
This one is hard for me to figure out what they were trying to accomplish. 2 turret NPCs same coordinates, one is a template set as owned by Gunners. The other, a normal lvl turret, no ownership, with Starts Dead flag. Essentially, I think if one didn't Start Dead, they would battle it out on the same coordinate, probably leading to crashes. Assuming this was a mistake, and they wanted a Gunner levelled turret, which seems to be what they may have been going for as it makes no sense that when you load the zone the Gunner constantly has to fight his own turret, I made both LvlTurretTripodMountedGunner [NPC_:001A5369], removed the Starts Dead from the template one and moved it to the coordinates below. I've loaded the zone a bunch of times and seems to work fine. Up to you, I guess on how you want to handle this one.
