Issue #33024: A spotlight light 00090875 in BostonAirportExt10 Shows lens flare before its supposed to?

 
The light isn't visible but the lens flare is, I think this isn't supposed to appear until certain events? I'm on Xbox one and not sure if this applies to other platforms.
