Issue #33026: A fire barrel 00110E11 in BostonAirportExt05 is visible without a light source.

 
The fire barrel 00110E11 in BostonAirportExt05 is visible but the lights placed above it 00184FD2 and 0022FC6D are not, I'm not sure which part is the bug the lights or the barrel. There is one other barrel downstairs that's lit normally but I'm unsure if the one upstairs 00110E11 is supposed to be there normally or part of the other stuff that appears after some events. I'm on Xbox one and not sure if this applies to other platforms.
