A lantern added by CC Fishing (xx15a579) on the dock near South Brittleshin Pass is floating due to the dock under it moved by USSEP.

Rather than having edits to move the various references on this part of the dock, we're changing this to edit only the adjoining dock segment to the north. This will trade several edits for a single one which is always preferred in these instances.

Reverts Bug# 32653 along with the original movement of the southern dock segment from USKP 1.2.5.
