Issue #33046: Song Of Hrormir book shouldn't have "Of" with a capital letter

The correct name of the book should be "Song of Hrormir". This is also to make it consistent with another book with its name: TG05HrormirsNotes "Fragment: Song of Hrormir" [BOOK:0000A256]

A similar principle also applies to this following record regarding the use of the word 'septims' (referring to the coin, not the last name):

Dialog FormID: 00025570.
"The Grey Mare isn't a bad place to stay, especially if you're low on Septims."

"Septims" should be "septims" with a lowercase 's'. This would make it consistent with the other uses of septims when referring to coins (see 000091F9 and 00049933).

Same rule also probably applies to this record:

Dialog FormID: 00081EC8.
"This is a lovely little Oddity -- a two-headed Septim! Take your time, there's no rush."
