Issue #33047: Kewords missing on Solitude bridge door

 
Essentially a follow-up on issue #32994. USSEP adds similar properties to SolitudeBridgeOutsideDoorREF (FormID 00075B5C), but those were never carried over to the open worldspace reference, xx00C650. I have no idea how serious this is.
