Issue #33067: Possible conflicts with Open Cities

I have identified two conflicts between Cutting Room Floor and Open Cities. Since these mods are supposed to be compatible with each other, I thought I should report it (and also get a clarification whether they are important to resolve or not).

One is regarding the Civil War battle in Solitude, where CRF adds a quest objective called "Unlock the tower after Ulfric's glorious victory". But the door link (between 00077323 and 00056F24) is getting overwritten by Open Cities Skyrim. I also don't know whether the player will be back in the Tamriel worldspace at this phase of the battle, or if the link should go to the Solitude worldspace, so it is difficult for me to tell how this should best be resolved.

The second issue is regarding the AI package CRFJusticiarCommanderSandboxOutdoors, which refers to a bench in the Solitude worldspace. Open Cities adds another bench at the same location, with FormID xx00C5B8, but the AI package does of course not recognise this. Quite easily resolved with a patch, but a built-in solution is more tricky.

For the first, that whole thing with the background quest to unlock the door appears to be entirely unnecessary since the CW quest will unlock any door in the city with that location type on it. So chances are that quest could just be eliminated entirely. It's amazing what a second look through the CW scripting will reveal :P

It being overridden by OCS doesn't really matter since the player won't be in the open worldspace at that moment anyway.

The other one is kind of minor but shouldn't be difficult to manipulate a fix for in CRF itself.
