Issue #33081: Knights greeting dialog is overwriting the Highwayman 'pay up' greeting dialog

 
The dialog "Well, well. If it isn't the holy Crusader himself." seems to overwrite the Highwayman dialog sometimes. So, when a Highwayman comes running up to you just before he demands your money, he can say this Knights line instead for some reason, resulting in him not demanding money at all from you (unless you try talking to him again to trigger his normal dialog).

The UODP at some point in the past had taken care of the first two possible responses where someone would be disgusted with you for gaining infamy after becoming the Crusader. Not sure why the 3rd and 4th didn't, but the same solution will work. Block bandit/marauder faction members from using it. Highwaymen should thus default back to their normal greetings.
